Interview Feedback

Whether good or bad, we ask that you phone your inretail Consultant straight after an interview or assessment to provide feedback on how you feel you performed. It will then be the duty of your consultant to give you practical help and advice on how best to move forward. They will also provide feedback on your behalf to the potential employer, paving the way to convert the interview into a solid job offer when appropriate.

Your Expectations
At inretail, our relationship with the candidates we represent is based on mutual respect and trust. We work hard to insure from the offset that our candidates are happy with the package being offered before the recruitment process begins.

It is extremely important to inretail that you remain open and honest throughout the recruitment process about your expectations; only with this honest approach can inretail represent you professionally and deliver a match that meet your aspirations.

The Offer
An inretail Consultant will contact you immediately when there is news of an offer being made. This offer can be given in verbal or written form. A verbal offer will always be followed up in writing, and occasionally the employer may even offer you the role directly.

Any offer, whether verbal or written, constitutes a formal offer and any acceptance of this offer is treated as a formal commitment by the candidate to join the new employer. inretail take this commitment very seriously, as any breach has a direct impact on our reputation. Candidates who renege on their commitment will be removed from the inretail Books permanently. Therefore inretail urges all candidates to consider any offer very carefully and only accept the offer if they are confident they will honour the commitment to the new employer.

Sometimes you might have another offer pending, or other opportunities to consider. At a time like this, an open discussion with your inretail consultant can provide comprehensive advice to enable you to make the right decision about your career.
