Store design teams are involved from the earliest stages of a retail project, from site selection through to completion, remaining actively involved throughout each project as their ideas and plans are realised.
The store design teams work closely with the brand principles to finalise designs at the conceptual stage and later with contractors on site ensuring that works are carried out to specific standards and that any problems that arise are quickly resolved. An Intricate part of the role is to have close communication with the retail operations team and the visual merchandising team, making sure everyone involved is up to date regarding the final store handover schedule.
